Due to continued growth and expansion our client is looking for someone who has Advanced Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Teams) and an understanding of ISO standards and management systems and have proficient IT skills and an eye for detail.

**Principal Duties**:
Co-ordinate and maintain the ISO document management systems ensuring standards are maintained, documents are prepared and formatting is consistent throughout, working with the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality areas of the business to ensure that systems are maintained, compliant and adhered to

Formally track and record draft documents and amendments

Keep a record of ISO monthly revisions ready for Director approval

Issue ISO procedures and documents assisting with any data collection and analysis of company objectives

Assist with the integration of the new electronic management system

Attend and take minutes of the monthly ISO meetings

Assist with internal audits against company ISO processes and procedures

Liaise with internal auditors and consultants

Schedule external certification system audits, providing assistance and support when the audits take place

8.30am - 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch.
