Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using our electronic systems
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Supporting with ISO audits, accreditation updates and PQQ submissions
- Setting up new project files and closing down project files on completion, issuing any completion documents to clients
- Liaising with HR and IT departments
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
