Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit statutory reports and proposals.
- Engage with creditors and other stakeholders on various insolvency matters.
- Support the management of liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies.
- Conduct investigations into director conduct and company affairs in liquidation.
- Distribute assets and funds to creditors.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
- A keen interest in insolvency and strong knowledge of related laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
