Senior Insolvency Administrator Position Available

£18,000 to £22,000 + benefits package + training and development opportunities.

Company Overview:

A leading insolvency practice based in Preston seeks an experienced administrator to assist with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports and proposals.
  • Engage with creditors and other stakeholders on various insolvency matters.
  • Support the management of liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies.
  • Conduct investigations into director conduct and company affairs in liquidation.
  • Distribute assets and funds to creditors.
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
Requirements:
  • A keen interest in insolvency and strong knowledge of related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
