Job Summary

This is a part-time position, requiring no less than 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Promote a positive image of the medical centre
  2. Support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care
  3. Maintain accurate records and administration
  4. Manage phone calls, schedules, and patient enquiries
  5. Process repeat prescription requests and verify signatures
  6. Familiarise yourself with safeguarding policies
