Job Description

"> Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for clinical services aligned with the hospital's mission and objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set short- and long-term goals for clinical services.
  • Oversee the delivery of clinical services across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with best practices.

"> Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

"> Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid UK Licence
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Required)
  • Masters degree in Healthcare Administration/Business Administration (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
