Compass Associates is a leading healthcare provider seeking a Head of Strategy and Growth to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 + bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the NHS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive sales initiatives.
- Oversee marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with the NHS and managing NHS contracts.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and payer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Having experience to Gastroenterology would be ideal but not essential.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
