The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in and around Cumbria by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of aggregates, sands, asphalt and specialist aggregates products. An estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience and performance.

You'll focus on generating high-value sales to new customers, making the most of every opportunity to enhance our market presence. This includes assessing sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth
  • Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to expand our market share
  • Regularly assessing sales performance and making adjustments as necessary to ensure continued growth and success
