Are you looking for a new business development role where you will be working with market leading brands and products?

Field Sales Solutions is a leading field marketing company that works in partnership with distinctive brands to activate sales, drive distribution, and deliver a Return on Investment for our clients. As a Wholesale Development Executive, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients, Ferrero.

You will be visiting major Cash and Carry customers such as Booker, Bestway, Dhamecha, and many more. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, offering valuable insights and solutions without direct sales, and identifying new opportunities in depot to increase brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting assigned Cash & Carry depots and building best in class relationships to gain greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio.
  • Confidently using sales data to approach key decision makers to effectively engage and influence areas such as listings and orders.
  • Enjoying identifying new opportunities in depot to increase brand presence.

Requirements include:

  • Being an advocate of the Ferrero Brand portfolio.
  • Business development skills with customer relationship building.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze data.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen.

This role offers a competitive salary of £26,950 OTE + Company Car, tablet, mobile phone, and additional company benefits. Ideal location is Preston, with a territory covering various postcodes.
