Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales Manager to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects to promote our products and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
