About the RoleAs a Business Development Specialist, you will be working closely with key decision-makers to develop and implement strategies that increase visibility, display, and availability of our clients' products in Cash & Carry depots.
Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and identify new opportunities to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data to inform your approaches and identifying areas for improvement.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £27,400 (OTE) plus a company car, tablet, mobile phone, and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Visting assigned Cash & Carry depots to build best-in-class relationships with customers.
- Confidently using sales data to approach key decision-makers and influence listings and orders.
- Identifying new opportunities in depot to increase brand presence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be an advocate of the Ferrero brand portfolio.
- Strong business development skills with customer relationship building.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- The ability to think strategically and analyze data.
- A proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
