Job Description: Fitness and Administration Assistant

EVERLAST GYMS is seeking a Fitness and Administration Assistant to support our gym floor and membership administration. As a key holder, you will be responsible for covering shifts, supporting the fitness manager, and ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities exceeds expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Maximize member and guest experience in our club
  2. Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service
  3. Cleanliness and hygiene standards must always be maintained

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fitness, administration, and customer service. They will also be flexible to work shifts to suit the needs of the business and able to drop into operational key holder duties as required.
