Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team on a fixed-term contract until March 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of call enquiries from internal and external customers, assisting work planners daily, and processing financial requisitions and invoices.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Teams. You will also contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment by building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including a pension scheme with matched contributions up to 7%, excellent holiday entitlement, and a comprehensive training and development program.
