Our client, a leading outsourcing company in the Northwest, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Finance Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong finance background to develop their skills and progress their career.
The successful candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
The role offers a competitive salary of £25-30k per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus scheme and pension contributions.
Key responsibilities of the role include assisting the Account Manager with tasks such as invoicing, payment queries, and supplier management.
The company uses cloud-based accounting software and has implemented AI scanning technology to streamline processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for preparing CIS and VAT returns, reconciling bank statements, and setting up online banking payments.
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold GCSEs in Maths, English Language, and IT at grade 7 or above.
