Agility Resourcing is delighted to partner with a leading outsourcing company based in the Northwest, seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience working in the construction industry. A main contractor background is highly desirable.

The role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and development, with a competitive salary of £25-30k per annum.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager in managing the outsourced finance department, including tasks such as raising self-billing invoices, handling payment enquiries, and processing supplier invoices using AI scanning software.

The company uses cloud-based financial accounting and contract accounting software, as well as payroll and purchase invoice scanning apps.

The successful candidate will also possess good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

A key responsibility of the role will be to assist with accounting processes, including CIS returns, VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and online banking payments.

In addition, the successful applicant will be expected to assist QS's and directors with information and explanations as required.

The company offers a range of benefits, including a bonus scheme worth up to 10% of basic salary per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and contribution to a pension scheme.

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold GCSEs in Maths, English Language, and IT at grade 7 or above.
