**About Our Client**:
The company is a global supplier of various laboratory materials and equipment. They specialise in providing a wide range of products to research institutions, universities, hospitals, and schools. Based in London and has established a strong reputation in the industry.
The successful Accounts Administrator will be responsible for:
- Processing sales orders Issuing invoices and updating sales Ledgers.
- Credit control. Issuing statements to customers and chasing debtors.
- Maintaining purchases, Sales and nominal Ledgers and updating bank account on a daily basis.
- Maintaining stock control and raising purchase orders where necessary.
- Posting payroll and other journals to Sage 50.
- Preparing VAT returns quarterly.
- Preparing year end accounts.
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Accounts Administrator will have:
- Immediate availability
- Proficiency with Sage 50 (essential)
- Confidence using Excel
- Willingness to learn and take on advice
- Happy to work part time hours
