Account Closing Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a private bank known for providing bespoke financial services to individuals and businesses based in London.

The Account Closing Administrator will be responsible for the onboarding of new accounts and the ongoing review and maintenance of customer static data and documentation.

Duties of the Account Closing Administrator:

  • Process all Fast Track closure requests for empty portfolios in a timely and precise manner.
  • Process all project compact and remediation closures in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with Stage 1 closures.
  • Handle closure requests related to project compact and remediation, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Process and complete account closing documentation in line with bank policies and regulations.
  • Work on a project dealing with closing accounts, ensuring all processes are followed efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Provide excellent client service, assisting with any account-related inquiries.

Requirements for the successful Account Closing Administrator applicant:

  • Previous experience in account administration within a banking or financial services environment, preferably private banking.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
