Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Corporate Solutions team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Client Accountants and Team Leader, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our clients' portfolios.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry using our electronic filing system.
  • Monitor and respond to emails from clients and colleagues, allocating tasks to team members as necessary.
  • Source and verify head lease invoices from landlords, raising queries with the estates team as required.
  • Collaborate with surveying colleagues to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Represent the Company in a professional and client-focused manner at all times.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A positive and helpful attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Educated to A' Level or equivalent, ideally in Accounting or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or entry-level accounting position.
