Administrative Accounts Coordinator

The Standard Hotel, a globally renowned hospitality brand, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Accounts Coordinator to join their team. Based in the UK, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a rich cultural life.
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can provide administrative support to our accounts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
As an Administrative Accounts Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and maintaining financial databases. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and guests. A proven track record of working in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality setting, is highly desirable.
A competitive salary is on offer for this position, estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes meals on duty, pension scheme, life assurance, medical assistance, and employee assistance program, among others.
