Job Title: Commercial Account Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Account Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Account Directors and team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to Account Directors, including setting up meetings, competitor research, and document preparation.

* Manage the flow of live projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

* Assist Account Executives with campaign support, including proofreading documents and coordinating travel arrangements.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative agency setting.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
