About This Role

L&W Gaming UK Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our iGaming team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with our customers, representing L&W and taking full ownership of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide ongoing account management to assigned customers, representing L&W and taking full ownership
  2. Identify and develop business opportunities with customers by upselling and cross-selling new and existing products and features, content, marketing/promotional, and new market opportunities
  3. Achieve annual revenue targets and have the ability to forecast accurately
  4. Be both literate and curious regarding data, and run tracking, reporting, and analysis of KPIs
  5. Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reporting, QBRs, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to customers
  6. Educate delivery of both marketing and technical documentation
  7. Handle and prioritize operators' daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions
  8. Identify and coordinate training requirements
  9. Support product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective, and contribute to decisions concerning the continuous improvement of L&W products and services, providing input where necessary from an overarching commercial strategy perspective

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Experience in similar commercial roles (gaming industry an advantage)
  2. A technical understanding of the online gaming industry (an advantage)
  3. A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results
  4. Core detailed account management skills
  5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  6. A passion for online gaming
  7. Strategic and business-driven
  8. Strong networking skills
  9. Understand technology/delivery principles at a high level
  10. Project management skills
  11. Confident presentation skills to deliver with gravitas
  12. Understanding of legal agreements relative to e-gaming
  13. Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages including Spanish and Italian would be advantageous but not mandatory)
  14. Experience and ability to manage complex negotiations
