About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at LNW Gaming UK Limited. As a key member of our iGaming business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional account management to assigned customers, representing LNW Gaming UK Limited and taking full ownership of the relationship.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with customers by upselling and cross-selling new and existing products and features.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets and have the ability to forecast accurately.
  • Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reporting, QBRs, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to customers.
  • Ensure educated delivery of marketing and technical documentation.
  • Handle and prioritize operators' daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions.
  • Support product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective and contribute to decisions concerning the continuous improvement of LNW Gaming UK Limited products and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar commercial role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • A technical understanding of the online gaming industry.
  • A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Core detailed account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for online gaming.
  • Strategic and business-driven.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Understanding of technology/delivery principles at a high level.
  • Project management skills.
  • Confident presentation skills to deliver with gravitas.
  • Understanding of legal agreements relative to e-gaming.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages including Spanish and Italian would be advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Experience and ability to manage complex negotiations.
