Account Development Representative

RELEX Solutions is a leading provider of cutting-edge retail optimization software. Our unified platform offers customers improved demand forecasting and supply chain optimization, resulting in exponential benefits.

The Account Development Representative will drive growth by working closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. This role focuses on strategically engaging with various buying centres within customer organizations to expand deal scope and foster strong, long-term relationships.

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts and ensure comprehensive solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Support Account Executives in expanding deals by uncovering upsell opportunities and broadening project scope to maximize the value delivered.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning, aligning on growth objectives and identifying targeted approaches for account development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various buying centres within customer organizations to establish relationships and identify new areas for collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in English and German with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate with Senior Executives at prospect accounts.
