Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

e-resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate purchase ledgers, administering the setup of new suppliers within the finance system, and managing outstanding purchase orders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Chrome River's Invoice & PO system and experience of accounts payable processes in Elite 3E. They will also possess effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchase ledger
* Administer new suppliers
* Manage outstanding purchase orders
* Match PO invoices to approved orders
* Approve and post non-PO invoices
* Liaise with partners for timely payments
* Strong understanding of Chrome River's Invoice & PO system
* Accounts payable experience in Elite 3E
* Effective communication and collaboration skills

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
