Exciting Opportunity for a Key Account Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our daily rental team as a Key Account Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our key account customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and establishing strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first point of contact for key account customers, responding to queries via telephone, email, or our rental platform.
  • Process and administer daily hire and Rental PLUS reservations, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to gain and impart information on the prompt delivery and off-hire of rental vehicles.
  • Conduct rental system reports to meet customer and department requirements.
  • Process damage, PCN, fuel, excess mileage, and customer invoicing in line with agreed processes and timescales.
  • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities within the key accounts' portfolio.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is IT literate, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Ideally, you will have experience dealing with customers via telephone in a fast-paced, B2B customer service environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
