We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Account Administrator to join our dynamic team at Pendragon Group. As a key member of our daily rental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our key account customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to resolution of any queries or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first point of contact for key account customers, establishing and maintaining good working relationships and resolving queries via telephone, email, or our PVM rental platform.
  • Process and administer daily hire and Rental PLUS reservations, ensuring accurate and timely records within our rental platform.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to facilitate the prompt delivery and off-hire of rental vehicles.
  • Conduct rental system reports to meet customer and department requirements.
  • Process damage, PCN, fuel, excess mileage, and customer invoicing in line with agreed processes and timescales.
  • Support sales growth by identifying opportunities within the key accounts' portfolio.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize workload, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literacy, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential. Experience dealing with customers in a fast-paced B2B customer service environment is desirable.
