**Assistive Technology **Administrator**
**£24,421.74 per annum**

Part of The Norse Group, N-Able specialise in providing mobility equipment and assistive technology to customers and clients across the County. Our aim to keep customers safe, happy and healthy in your own home for as long as possible.

Due to recent expansion, we currently have an opportunity for an Assistive Technology Administrator to support our team in providing an efficient and effective service for the Norfolk County Council (NCC) Assistive Technology contract. Your duties will consist of:

- Providing information and support to the Assistive Technology (AT) Technicians, making appointments with clients, carers and community alarm providers.
- Providing phone cover for the NCC Assistive Technology contract during office hours.
- Arranging diaries to enable completed installations and collections of NCC AT equipment
- Completing other administrative tasks when required within a timely manor
- Demonstrable experience of providing high quality business and administrative support.
- Experience working within a customer service environment
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Knowledge of Assistive Technology items is derisible
- Ability to produce and communicate technical information both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team member.
