We are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our client, who have a Head Office based in Cradley Heath. This is a full-time, contract role offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.
As a HR Coordinator you will be providing practical, responsive and compliant Employee Relations
- support through a range of administrative and coordination activities. You will provide professional, co-ordinated admin support with a range of activitiessuch as supporting Learning and Development and recruitment activities to references, right to work checks, medical referrals and data analytics. You will be involved in supporting with every aspect of the key HR processes and employee career lifecycle.
This is an incredibly important role to the company moving forwards and the ability to work at a fast and changing pace is Key.
Main Duties of the HR Coordinator role include:
- Manging the HR Inbox and benefits administration
- Covering all front-line inquiries and escalating when necessary to the HRBP.
- Assisting in HR projects i.e Employee pulse survey, digitalisation programs, and migration of the new HR and payroll system.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
To be considered for the role of HR Coordinator you will have:
- Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training. (CIPD3)
- Experience in a HR role at administrator level.
- Strong commercial approach to decision making.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
