About the Role

Tosca is seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role requires a proactive, organised professional capable of managing the HR function independently during the HR Business Partner's absence.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an HR administration/co-ordinator role with exposure to advisory responsibilities. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR systems, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
  • Draft and prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and change requests.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, from conducting right-to-work checks to preparing induction materials and scheduling orientations.
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll data.
  • Manage attendance records, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee and manager HR queries.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (essential).
  • GCSEs in English and Math's (essential).
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
