**About us**

We are an expanding Chartered Architectural Practice with a Head Office in Lewes with over 30 years of experience delivering projects throughout the country mainly working with corporate clients in the Hotel sector.

We also have offices in London and Exeter.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent person to add to our Practice Management team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position, but part time considered.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Liaising with external companies as part of the premises maintenance schedule
- Analysing travel and expenditure for calculation of our carbon footprint
- Processing and analysing worked time using our software package
- Answering telephone calls, receiving post and parcels
- Undertaking First Aid at Work training if not already qualified
- Monitoring and maintaining levels of office supplies, stationery and refreshments and place orders as necessary
- Arranging Staff events and making travel arrangements
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
- Conducting research and compiling data on request

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills with the ability learn new software programs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Pro-active with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, good phone manner
- 5 x GCSE Grades 9-4 or (A*-C) including Maths and English
