**Aim of Role**

Administration volunteers perform a variety of functions including clerical support for the transfer and uploading of data. There is the opportunity to take part in HR projects for our hospice employees and volunteers.

**Main tasks**

**What we are looking for**

Experience and competence in using Microsoft 365 Word and Excel packages, demonstrate communication skills. Must be reliable, able to perform allotted tasks accurately and efficiently with mínimal supervision and within the ethos of the working environment. Data protection and confidentiality are essential. Can be home based.

**Training**

Attend hospice Induction

Online e-learning training (statutory and mandatory)

Role specific training

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract, Volunteer

Pay: £0.01 per year

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
