Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or other computerized accounting systems
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Provide general clerical support to the team
- Utilize Google Suite or similar tools for document creation, editing, and sharing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
