Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team in Lewes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, credit control, and reconciliations, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records and accounts using Xero.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in payroll preparation.
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks and financial reporting.

Requirements:
  • AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Xero.
  • Reliable, full-time availability, with a driving license.
  • A team player with a flexible and self-motivated approach.
