Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Compass Schools. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our service is run in line with Government Legislation, Ofsted regulations and our internal Quality Assurance Standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on children and young people. You will have the chance to work collaboratively within our service and alongside the wider Compass community to ensure that our schools reach their full potential.
As a part of our successful team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including reception duties, daily welfare checks, and other tasks as required. You will also have the opportunity to develop and provide a comprehensive and flexible administration service.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also need to be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel, and have a willingness to learn our in-house databases such as MIS systems and safeguarding software.
