We are a leading charity organisation seeking an experienced Pension and Payroll Administrator Leader to join our team. As a Pension and Payroll Administrator Leader, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of daily payroll operations for 500 colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance, as well as experience working with payroll systems such as ACCESS XD.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process the monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  2. Ensure payroll and pension processes align with tax, labour, and pension regulations.
  3. Lead process audits and maintain up-to-date documentation for regulatory review.
  4. Collaborate with People, Finance, and IT teams for continuous improvements.
  5. Deliver strategic transformation to automate and optimise services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll best practices and compliance.
  • Professional certification in Payroll (e.g., CIPP).
  • Experience with payroll systems such as ACCESS XD.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum. Location: Lewes, East Sussex. The salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
