Senior Pensions Manager Opportunity at Tate

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Pensions Manager. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on pension-related matters and managing a team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pension law and regulation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pension administration and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of pension services
  • Manage and lead a team of pension specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in pension legislation and regulation, advising the team accordingly
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, employers and regulatory bodies
  • Communicate effectively with employees, explaining pension-related matters in a clear and concise manner

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
