Job Description

The Senior Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and risk management. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that commercial objectives are met, and you will be accountable for achieving financial targets.

You will have significant experience in commercial project management, preferably within the water or construction industry. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Falmer, and we offer a competitive salary package, including a car allowance and private health care. We also offer hybrid working arrangements and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure that commercial objectives are met.
  • Be accountable for achieving financial targets.
  • Analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or engineering.
  • Significant experience in commercial project management, preferably within the water or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of standard forms of contract and methods of measurement.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • A car allowance of £8,000 per annum.
