Pension Administration Specialist at Tate

Location: Lewes/Hybrid 2 years FTC

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide efficient, effective and proactive management of Pension arrangements, in accordance with current legislation.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of all pension matters within the organisation for both Support Staff and Operational Staff
  • Ensure that all pension statutory regulations are correctly applied and employees are updated with changes
  • Research, prepare and present reports to Senior Leadership Team
  • Oversee case work relating to specific individual issues, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner through to resolution
  • Undertake and manage pension projects, produce recommendations after research and risk assessment of options
  • Manage auto enrolment arrangements for all Pension Schemes ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Understand the pension implications of change and ensure a close and effective working relationship with team and administrators
  • Provide guidance to employees on organisations pension schemes through regular and timely communications

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
