MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Graduate Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the delivery of our projects, working closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure timely production, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

Your duties will include setting out and managing site operations, procuring sub-contractor, labour, plant, and material resources, and developing key relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to assist the project team in driving projects forward and achieving their goals.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (with an additional 5 days available to buy), flexible hybrid working, and a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and gym memberships, make this a rewarding career choice.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to office and site locations, some of which may be difficult to access by public transport.
