Academics is seeking an experienced Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Supporting Young Minds Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on young minds and want to work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

As a Supporting Young Minds Specialist, you will work closely with children aged 4-16 who have been affected by trauma or neglect, and require additional support with improving their social, emotional, and mental well-being. You will collaborate with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement individualized educational plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Psychology Graduate to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. You will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with complex needs
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and support
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and assessment to inform future planning

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology or related field
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
