About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Support Worker to join our team at Academics Ltd. This role is ideal for a recent Psychology Graduate looking to make a positive impact on young minds.

The successful candidate will support children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with vulnerable children and adolescents, and be committed to providing exceptional education and extra help for traumatised children and young people.

As a Graduate Support Worker, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of students. You will also provide behaviour and pastoral support, take an active role in forward planning with therapists, and build robust relationships with students.

The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
