About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Psychology Graduate, you will be working with children aged 4-16 who have moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in providing a supportive learning environment for students.
  • Behavioural support and pastoral care.
  • Collaborate with therapists to develop forward planning strategies.

You will be working closely with students who have experienced trauma, challenging behaviour, ADHD, or Autism, requiring additional support to improve their social, emotional, and mental well-being.
