Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our vibrant community mental health team in East Sussex. As a systemic family therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of therapeutic interventions and working closely with carers and families.
Main Responsibilities- To provide high-quality specialist psychological therapy services to individuals, carers, and families, adhering to best practices and trust care pathways.
- To hold and manage a clinical caseload, exercising autonomous professional responsibility for planning and prioritizing workload and assessing, treating, and discharging clients.
- To clinically supervise Psychological Professionals and provide consultation, mentorship, supervision, and advice on psychological issues to team members and other professionals.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism, analytical skills, and expertise in applying psychological therapy to complex difficulties.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
