About the Opportunity
This is a unique chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of those experiencing mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to children and adults, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Offer bespoke care and support services to individuals, catering to their diverse needs and preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique circumstances and requirements.
- Respond effectively to challenging situations, prioritising the safety and well-being of clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Contribute to the development of client-centred care plans, aligning with their goals and aspirations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant care experience or experience supporting a loved one in the UK.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Prior experience working with clients who have mental health challenges (desired, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided).
- A valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle.
Compensation: £15,310 - £22,963 per year
