Your Key Responsibilities

  • Offer bespoke care and support services to individuals, catering to their diverse needs and preferences.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique circumstances and requirements.
  • Respond effectively to challenging situations, prioritising the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development of client-centred care plans, aligning with their goals and aspirations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant care experience or experience supporting a loved one in the UK.
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Prior experience working with clients who have mental health challenges (desired, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided).
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Compensation: £15,310 - £22,963 per year
