Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Student Care Advocate, you will support learning programmes under the guidance of teachers/therapists and department managers.
You will maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to manual handling guidelines.
You will encourage active participation in class activities, promoting engagement among all learners.
You will collaborate with teachers to develop, plan, and implement individualised learning plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A strong foundation in Maths, English, IT, and technology
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in manual handling techniques, including wheelchair management
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
