Resident Care Advocate

As a Resident Care Advocate, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our residents and their families to ensure they receive the best possible care.
Your role will involve providing individualized care and support to our residents, as well as contributing to the overall running of our care home. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, supporting residents with their food and drink, and helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with experience of caring for older people. You'll need excellent communication skills, a warm and empathetic approach, and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £24,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of employee discounts.
