Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of residential care services, and we're seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, previous experience in a residential care setting, and proven team leadership skills. They will also have the ability to make appropriate decisions to support residents' needs.

As a Residential Senior Carer, you'll look after the different needs of residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You'll lead a team, train, supervise, and delegate duties. You'll also administer and order medication, review and update resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nursing teams, and family members.

In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus a sector-leading benefits and rewards package including:
