Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Clinical Lead Nurse.

The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience, specifically in case management, and demonstrate evidence of maintaining high standards of care through Continuing Professional Development.

The focus of this role is to provide safe, effective, and quality clinical care using advanced qualifications to support clinical practice along with strong clinical leadership, advice, and support to the team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential in order to effectively liaise with members of the wider multi-disciplinary team as well as an ability to reflect upon and where needed challenge the status quo.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating complex care and the assessment and management of long-term conditions. You will also be expected to lead, coordinate, and support an established community nursing team in the provision of care for patients unable to leave their homes.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location provides easy access to the South Downs and the coast.
