Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Home Care Administrator to work in our residential home in East Sussex, with Albion Health.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of care staff, ensuring effective communication and liaison with external agencies.
  2. Develop and implement training programs for all staff members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  3. Maintain the highest standards of care delivery throughout the home, adhering to CQC regulations.
  4. Contribute to improving the home's quality rating by implementing best practices and suggesting areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  1. Hold an RMA/NVQ 4 qualification, coupled with experience working with elderly care in a care home setting.
  2. Demonstrate excellent management and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and lead other staff members.
  3. Exhibit strong communication, marketing, and business acumen, with a comprehensive understanding of CQC standards.

Deputy Managers may also be considered for this role.
