About the Role

As a dedicated Carer/ Home Help with Bluebird Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and companionship to customers in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, manual handling, promoting health and well-being, household chores, meal preparation, shopping, social outings, and offering companionship.

Your Rewards

We offer a competitive salary of £650 - £850 per week, enhanced rates for Bank Holidays, 30 pence per mile for customer use of your vehicle, up to 28 days paid annual leave, and 3 meals a day or an allowance from the customer.

You will have regular contact with your supervisor, access to our career pathway for qualifications, ongoing training and support, and regular breaks. Our family-like approach ensures that we look after our staff as valued members of our team.
