Care Assistant

Care at Home Services South East Ltd is a family-run care company providing domiciliary care services in Kent and Sussex. We are seeking a Community Health Care Assistant to join our team in Lewes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes, ensuring they remain as independent as possible. This role requires commitment, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
The hourly rate for this position is £15.40, with a range of benefits including:
- A £150 driver bonus per week
- Competitive rates of pay above industry average in most locations
- 5.6 weeks' holiday (pro rata)
- Free uniform and DBS check
- Paid training and shadowing
- Funded development opportunities, including NVQs and internal promotions
- Mileage enhancement and refer-a-friend scheme
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Hold a full and valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Have excellent English language skills
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be willing to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check
This is a part-time opportunity with flexible working patterns, including weekend availability.
